Fenugreek is a high iron content herb used in ancient Egypt as far back as 1500 BC.

 

It has a multitude of medicinal uses including increased milk production for lactating women, relief for eczema, appetite stimulation and a variety of digestive issues. It’s also a common addition to many curries and other foods for its distinct taste. Also high in magnesium, B6 and protein.
