Its strongly antiviral, antibacterial and aromatic. It’s also a digestive stimulant, an antidepressant, antihistamine and nerve tonic.
 
Common medicinal uses include: assisting in allergy relief, mood lifting, relieves tension and anxiety. Great for stress-related disorders such as IBS and respiratory irritation.
