Scoop a healthy scoop of body butter into your hands and gently massage over your skin, making sure to work butter into especially dry and parched areas – avoid the facial area. Concentrate on muscles, joints and other areas of concern. Apply after a shower, on clean dry skin for best results. Avoid contact with the eyes. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use.
