  • To insert the cup: The first tip is to nail the fold – this can be a little difficult and we recommend watching a video to give you an idea of how to do this correctly! Once folded correctly, insert the Hello Cup. Once inserted it will pop open – once this happens, give the cup a gentle tug to help it form a seal. To remove the cup: Feel for the base of the cup. Give it a gentle squeeze (this helps to break the seal) and pull slowly. Once it’s out, get rid of the contents, clean and reinsert!
