White Sage is a large, herbaceous perennial, sometimes called  'sacred sage.
 
White Sage is know to treat sinus infections, calms a sore throat - The tea will reduce mucous secrections of the sinuses, throat and lungs. Provide rellief from menstrual period cramps and possibly some sypmtoms of menopauce like sweating and hot flashes. Provides cleansing energy, may help with mild anixety or depression.
